Repentance -- You must come and repent (turn away) from your
sin (nature). You must admit your need for Jesus. You must be
willing to turn from your sins and seek God’s forgiveness. That is
what the word repent means -- “to turn away from.”

Receive - You must receive Jesus personally into your heart
and your life. A major result of repentance is change. A change
takes place in your life. A change takes place in your heart. That
change may be gradual. It may be sudden. It may be a tremendous
change. But change is the evidence of a person who really knows
Jesus Christ.

Have you experienced that change in your life? If you have, maybe
you could help someone else to know where they’re going to spend
their eternity. Can you go to a place right now? Right now -- take
the time to sit down afresh and anew to thank the Lord Jesus for
dying on the Cross. Go to that place where you know beyond a
shadow of a doubt you have personally met Him. Thank Him for
that relationship.

If you have never had that relationship, then take the time to pray
and invite Jesus to come into your heart to save you from your sin.

He will, and He’ll change your life.
