2. Everyone who needs to be saved, can be saved.
Aren’t you glad for that? Everyone who needs to be saved can be
saved. Understand this:
Man is a sinner by nature.
Psalm 51:5 - “Behold I was shapen in iniquity,
and in sin did my mother conceive me.”
Man is a sinner by practice. You know that quite well don’t you?
John 3:19 - “And this is the condemnation, that
light is come into the world, and men love
darkness rather than light, because their deeds
were evil.”
Man is a sinner by choice.
John 2:17-18 - “For God sent not his Son into the
world to condemn the world, but that the world
through Him might be saved. He that believeth on
Him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is
condemned already, because he hath not believed
in the name of the only begotten Son of God.”
So man is a sinner by nature. He is a sinner by practice. And he’s a
sinner by choice. You see -- either you choose for God -- or choose
against God.
It’s kind of like an election. God votes for you. The devil votes
against you. But how you vote determines the election.
The truth is -- everyone who needs to be saved can be saved. This
is one of the most important truths ever discovered as a child of
God -- that regardless of how bad a person may be or appear to be
-- everyone who needs to be saved can be saved.
